Hello,
You have to get a urine pregnancy test done.
If it comes out positive, then get a CBC, with RBS and consult for further advise on iron and frolic acid treatment.

Ask her to do a urine pregnancy test. If it's positive, ask her to take medications like folic acid and doxinate for nausea vomiting.
