Consult me directly so I will be able to help you more. Take a proper balanced diet throughout the pregnancy. 5-6 short meal will be better than 2-3 gross and heavy  meal.
Health Tips
Do not take Papaya, pineapple, Garden cress seeds, Hot tempered foods, spicy , black pepper during pregnancy. also do no take over left foods.  Take fresh fruits daily, fresh cooked foods, soups, green veg and so on. ... thank to ask your queries. wishing you a healthy pregnancy.
