I got my periods today 21/july/2020 and on 1/july/2020 i got my period that means i got my periods 9 day before than usuall and i m not having cramps or something there is headache and weakness and flow is lilttle low is it normal or something im not sexually active since march 2020 .

A woman who has menses at exactly 28 days plus or minus 7 days is considered as normal unless ruled out pregnancy ..but since you have got your periods 9 days before this cycle and if thus is not a recurring feature ,you need not worry ..
