  4. Early periods. Please help me out!

Early periods
I am 23. I got my periods on 5th March and then suddenly on 29th March with scanty periods which lasted for 3-4 days and then I got it on 24th April which was again scanty and lasted for 7 days which was dark red in the beginning and brown at the end. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative . I am very worried . Please help me out
