Hello Dr I have pcos I have very irregular cycles from last two years long cycles like 40 to 50 days but from last four month I have found very short cycle last 3/months I have 25 days cycles but this month its 19/days cycle I want to conceive and I m going to holiday in Nov what should I do now how can I getting the chances for pregnancy while very irregular cycles
