Eardrum whole since 1month

Am 41 years old housewife suffering from hear blockage and i dont have pain and no pus formation am afraid of surgery so can eardrum get closed by medicines..please suggest

You seem to be suffering from chronic otitis media which is a common type of chronic middle ear infection. If. Perforation of ear drum is present then only way to close it is by undergoing surgery known as tympanoplasty. No medicines can help to close the perforation
