Earache vertigo symptoms sore throat

Been a few weeks now and does not seem to be getting better. Earache on and off and vertigo symptoms cannot go up and down stairs etc. Sore throat been there few weeks just at one side painful swallowing and feel like swallowing lump. Sometimes blood in saliva
