Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am 25 weeks preggy. Can't go out because of heavy rain. I have ear n throat pain from 2 days. Body pain And headache. I have crocin at home. Please suggest other effective medicine which I can tk in preganancy. Also,can I take cold n flue tablet instead of crocin? Plz reply.
