Ear swelling and pain

Asked for Male, 7 Years

Last 2 days my son (7) yrs have been suffering from ear swelling and ear pain. Normal doctor has diagnosed that ear is full of wax and give augmenting, ibugesic and soliwax all are in liquid form but he is regular complaining about the ear pain. Please suggest.

Your son may be suffering from acute suppurative otitis media which is a common type of acute Middle ear infection. You may need to give him antibiotics and painkillers for few days. The treatment is already given appropriately so you need to continue with it
