Seroma of the pinna also known endochondral pseudocyst of the pinna needs to be addressed by surgery at the earliest otherwise it will cause permanent deformity of the pinna. There many surgical procedures such as window procedure, deroofing procedure etc. They are daycare procedures and are done under local anesthesia
