I want to do ear piercing of my one year old baby girl .. there are two types of earrings available one earring is 75 percent gold and 25 percent surgical metal and another earring is of surgical metal ... Which is better for ear piercing?

Surgical stainless steel is hypoallergenic and causes less skin reactions. It is preferable for new skin piercings. Other hypoallergenic metals are 14k or 18k gold and platinum. You can go for either of it.
