Ear pain with cold
My nephew is 14years old...He had cold and cough for few days...now suddenly He started having pain in his left ear..He is having problem in hearing also...plz suggest what to do...?

Its acute otitis media due to eustachian tube dysfunction, because due to the cold the eustachian tube opening in the nasopharynx ie the back of the nose has become inflamed leading to blockage of the opening. He needs to take nasal decongestant, antibiotics and painkiller

this is ear infection secondary to his cold , with a Eustachian Tubal Blockage , this needs a course of antibiotics , nasal de congestants  and avoid all cold sour foods
