Ear pain,sore throat, nack mussles pain

Hello sir,i m 23 year old. i am suffering from earpain sore throat tonsilitist and nack mussles pain last approx two month.and i also feel speed heartbeat in last 5 days what is causes . I already meet ENT spacilist he told me its phalangitis but m not satisfied with doctor plz help me
