Possibly TM joint dysfunction. Happens due to asymmetric chewing habit. The joint between your jaw bone and skull gets weak or inflamed.

Hello, get an ENT consultation as it may be acute infection and wont resolve till you take proper antibiotics . Till them take painvoid ap to resolve pain

Please consult ENT doctor urgently to get your ears examined For now u can use ciplox d ear drops and take tab zerodol p for pain twice daily after meals And since its every-time when you are opening your jaw it could beTMJ tenderness
