  4. Ear pain n little cough. Correct dosage.

Ear pain n little cough
My daughter is 6yrs old n around 23kgs n from last 2 days has gt cough n I hv given her steam 2 times in the evening n before sleeping.. she's complaining of ear pain n gave her 6ml of ibugesic 100ml syrup. Bt she says it decreasing n after few minutes t pain is increasing.. cn anyone help me with t correct dosage. Thank u

Ear examination has to be done using Otoscope to rule out Otitis media ma. So take her to a pediatrician asap.

Hi, You can give Syr Ibuprofen 7.5 ml after food 6-8 hrly. If pain persists, consult a nearby paediatrician to rule out ear infection.
