Ear pain issue

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I have ear pain since yesterday and it's only increasing. I used ear buds 3 days back could be the reason. Last year around the same time I had ear infection. Now while eating jaw is paining too. Pls suggest some home remedies. Cant visit clinic as I have 9 months baby.
