Ear Pain, Giddiness, Neck pain

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Have neck pain, along with Occasional right Ear pain and Headache. Also feel uneasy under A/C, FAN, results in right ear pain, headache and giddiness. Although my body sweats due to hot climate, i cannot use Fan/AC. Over last 3 weeks, I have been noticing some kind of pressure over right ear when working on Laptop or watching TV. ENT says Ear looks fine, X-ray of Cspine says Paraspinal Muscular Spasm. How to find out if the giddiness is due to Ear or due to Neck? What should I do next?

It very common for cervical muscular pain to referred to ear and it is known as referred otalgia. If you have diagnosed neck muscle issues then that is the cause for pain. Take treatment for neck pain
