Ear pain for last 30 days
Sir /mam i hve earache since 1 month i consulted a doctor he prescribed me amoxyclav and aphen sp, montelukast with fexofenadine ,azithromycin and nasal spray xylometazoline n mometasone but there is no significant relief in pain n heaviness... I hve throat  discomfort feeling cough... On examination TM is normal and slight DNS to left side... Pain is very sharp

You have to rule out dental pain or other reffered pain. Avoid hard food intake

Pain can be neuralgic or referred otalgia too Rule out any dental cause or eagle’s syndrome And take anti allergic decongestant instead of montelukast with fexofendine
