Ear pain and watery sound comes

Actually a little amount of blood is clotted in my ear due to slap and now it is paining its about 4 days what should i do to prevent my ear pain

If you have decreased hearing after slap then you may have developed traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane. Direct examination of ear will confirm the diagnosis. Usually it will heal spontaneously within three weeks. Make sure you keep the ear dry and don't allow entry of water inside the ear
