Ear is buzzing

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have consulted doctor near by my place due to throat infection they had suggested me to take dslv kind of tablet .but I took one tablet saperately erithro. When I got up in the morning my ear is buzzing. Audible range is very less.pls assist me what to do.
