Ear full and ringing

Asked for Male, 14 Years

Last night was the Sadie Hawkins dance at our school and there was very loud music, now my left ear has been feeling fuller and there has been ringing in my ear. Is it related to ear damage or could it be wax blockage or even a middle ear infection?
