This is for my mother. She suffering from etching and water discharge from ear. And also have heaviness of head. Last week it's happening. she used cotton swab for cleaning her ear after etching. Then only this problem started

As per your description she might have developed fungal infection in the ear.. chronic otitis media should also be ruled out.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
