You need to do suction clearance of ear to see is there any problem in Tympanic Membrane or middle ear. For pus discharge primarily you can take antibiotic and use ear drops.

Treatment as mandated been advised if the discharge occurs or persists than you need either change of antibiotic or proper examination and thereby evaluation of your ear and treatment accordingly
