Ear ache and tinnitus

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have anxiety and my doctor prescribed me Sertraline, 25 mg per day, after one week I begun to have ear ache and tinnitus. Sertraline may be a cause for the tinnitus or this is an symptom for anxiety? I don't know what to do and my doc doesn't have a clue. It's terrible!

I don't think tinnitus is caused by sertraline..Tinnitus can happen in eustachian tube dysfunction/congestion.visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
