Eaching, redness,white head, painful

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have a problem in my scalp from last one year (pimples on my head sometime with eaching, white head and reddish area) sometime they painful different in size.i also take some OTC and also consult some of physician but it not completely curing, comes back after some of days of treatment period.. please suggest me the best and effective solution so I can completely rid from that.
