I am having Dyshidrotic eczema since past 1 week and it's itching Very much and not stopping.spreading to entire hand.

This is endogenous eczema...though frequent detergent exposure, hard soap further worsens it. Frequent moisturizer application is warranted.

Hi, would need proper pictures to understand the severity and extent of the eczema. Use a mild hand wash followed by moisturizer or hand cream and an anti allergy tablet for the itching in the meantime.
