  4. Dysentry for 18 months baby. Fruits?

Dysentry for 18 months baby
5 days back, baby vomited, had fever, dysentry. Gave paracetamol n bifilac sachet for two days.. Stool was foul smell. Then baby got well.. From yesterday again dysentery started. Gave bifilac.. Something she s trying to vomit but nothing coming out. Today morning gave kanji but continuous dysentry, gave bifilac, she was tired n slept. Pls tel any medicines, wat food to give, can give fruits?
