My relative is under going dylysys twice a week. Currently she has fever, cough with phelgm having blood, shortness of breath, spo,2 around 85 %• no solid food intake. At present she in remote location where dylysys is done and nepro or good chest doctor not availavle . Kindly suggest what to do ?

She needs to be admitted , dislysis needs to optimized, appears to have an underlying lung infection as well, which will likely need iv antibiotics
