Should i take trapic 500 twice or thrice a day. Or advice some other medicine for the same I had a history of irregular menses and this same problem About 9-10 years back.

Hello there , you can start with oral contraceptive pills like , ginette-35 or dronis-30 from day 5 th of your period. That will be good for regularising cycles. Check Thyroid level and , complete blood count if you are having heavy bleeding. Regular exercise, healthy diet and regular sleep patterns will be beneficial.
