Duphaston Effect
Hi Doctor,
Myself and my wife had intercourse on Nov 20 and 22nd it is her 24 and 26th days of the cycle. Her ovulation happens from 27-30 days as per follicular study done. She took duphaston from Dec 2-Dec 6.. still now no period came and home kit pregnancy is negative. Her periods comes 5 days after stopping duphaston.. it's been 10 days and no period came. How long should we wait for taking test again? Her cycle is irregular.

Ideally periods should come within 7-10 days of stopping progesterone. Repeat pregnancy test and if still negative then combined pills needs to be started
