Duphaston after 21w of pregnancy
Hello, My wife is 21st weeks pregnant, the doctor is prescribing Duphaston 10mg twice a day since 5th weeks. She didn't have any history of miscarriage. Her Pregnancy USG, NT scan reports are normal. Weight is 101kg, BP 120/90 , Slight urine infection with Pushcell 20, Yet to do anomaly scan.  She is also taking Iron, Calcium,Folic acid and MgD3. Should she need to continue Duphaston at same dose during these weeks of pregnancy?

There is no straight forward answer to your question. Different opinions. I would not have continued the Duphaston tablets. You should get your urine routine and microscopic examination done again. If there are 20 pus cells then you should get the urine culture examination done and consult a Gynaecologist with the report.
