21st week anomaly scan

Asked for Female, 27 Years

In my first pregnancy, my baby had SUA and hemivertebra so we had to terminate it. I am pregnant again and had an early anomaly scan in 17th week. There was no anomaly found and thankfully report is normal.. My fear is of 21st week scan. What is the probability of getting anomalies in 21st week anomaly scan.. Please advice..
