Dull facial skin

Asked for Female, 28 Years

1) I have dry and dull facial skin. 2) My upper lips and chin area is little dark in complexion (as a result of tweezing and plucking). 3) Recently I bought a depigmenting cream (Biluma cream) for dealing with this issue..and also bought sunscreen with SPF 50. 4) Kindly suggest me a Dermatologist Recommended face wash too.
