Due to alopecia got treated

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Due to alopecia(size one small coin) on head I was treated by a doctor and he gave injection and tablets in May ...now that alopecia has gone away slowly and in getting very small hair on nose, forehead and back, neck...why its happening...I literally worried about this small hair growth especially on face
