DTP3 , fever
My baby has fever after dtp3 as expected. (100.1) we gave 0.6 ml Crocin drops ( as suggested by doctor) but baby vomits after 2 mins we gave drops. Do I need to redose?

Sorry for the wrong reply from my fellows pediatrician. You don’t need to repeat the vaccine. Probably they didn’t get you clearly. You need to give re dose only in case of oral vaccines. Fever is common with DPT vaccine. And generally lasts maximum up to 72 hours. Vomiting is not that common but can occur.

U can give repeat dose. If vomitting within half an hr of giving medicine better to repeat
