Hi Sir. Thank you for reaching out. Persistent dryness of mouth for 2–3 weeks especially when diabetes and thyroid levels are normal can definitely feel uncomfortable and worrying. Many people are told it is “just stress,” but if the symptoms continue, it is important to look deeper at the root cause rather than ignoring it. Yes, homeopathy has excellent treatment for chronic dry mouth (xerostomia) because it works on the underlying imbalance instead of only giving temporary relief. Common causes include: Stress or anxiety (very common in young working professionals in Bangalore) Dehydration despite drinking water Silent acid reflux Hormonal imbalance Vitamin deficiencies Mouth breathing during sleep Early salivary gland dysfunction Post-viral changes Lifestyle factors In homeopathy we don’t treat “dry mouth” alone we look at the whole constitution, including sleep pattern, mental stress, thirst, digestion, and emotional factors. Many of my patients with similar symptoms improve completely with the right personalised medicine. A few questions will help me understand your case more clearly: Is the dryness more in the morning or throughout the day? Do you feel dryness even after drinking water? Any acidity, burping, or throat discomfort? Any recent stress, overthinking, or irregular sleep? Do you breathe through the mouth while sleeping? Any change in taste sensation? Once I get these details, I can guide you on the most suitable remedy. If you prefer, you can also book an online or in-clinic consultation I practice in Bangalore and regularly treat similar cases with very good results. Dry mouth is definitely curable with homeopathic treatment when the exact cause is identified. You don’t have to continue suffering I’m here to help you recover fully. I think you just need to increase your liquid intake to double. Means if you are taking 2 litres of water as of now, make it 4 litres of total liquid intake for a couple of weeks. You can add soups, juices, buttermilk, tea n coffee etc to improve your liquid intake, and make half of quantity to be tasty and other half as plain normal temperature/ warm water.
