Dryness and redness on facial skin

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My wife seems to have very sensitive facial skin. When exposing to excessive heat or cold, her skin becomes dry, Red, and skin looks damaged and torn. She uses betnovate c in such cases and has been using it since more than two years. It gives her instant relief. Now that we came to London for vacations, and surprisingly the temperature is moderate (10 to 25°c), her skin becomes very dry, red, and damaged. We r not carrying this cream with ourselves and have not found the same here in pharmacy stores. Plz help what can we do now? The problem is she is feeling like her skin is burning.
