For low estrogen please share report, for constipation follow healthy lifestyle take healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid oily spicy and sugery food drink plenty of water do regular exercises and stretches yoga avoid stress, can take syrup duphalac 15 ml daily at night for 10 days
