As soon as move into my rented apartment in pune, I start catching cold as well as early in the morning when I wake up..my throat is very dry which makes it impossible to swallow. I think this is happening because of the construction work going around my building. Otherwise I'm all good if I stay smwhere else. What should I do to protect myself from these dust particles ?
