Dry sore throat
I have itching in throat from 2weeks also throat pain and some time nasal congestion with no bulgum come out it really feel irritate in throat I should consult a physician for 3 times he should give first 3 days levocitrizine & 3 times Azithromycin 500 after nothing changed he should gave me Treatar l for 15 days sir I am very much scared what is the main cause why this is not cured ?? Bdw I should doing blood test CBC Test - hb -14.6 TLC- 8.070 DC.N-59 L-31 E- 10

Hi , as per your symptoms and blood  report you are having allergic rhinosinusitis . It is mainly due to allergy . You need to avoid those things which is causing this such as dust , fumes , mosquitoe repellant,  cooler, perfumes.  And yes whenever your symptoms are more ,you have to take anti allergic for 1 week .
