Dry skin patch on eye

Asked for Male, 16 Years

Dry skin patch coloured slightly black near my right eye corner and eyelid , no rashes or itching at all, look weirdo, and having two nails brittle and scratchy kinda something,,,,,,,on my right hand one first finger and thumb......I can send picture if you want.....applied Vaseline and boroplus but no relief......
