My baby is 3months old ,he skin is getting dry ,he skin is not smooth I'm applying dermdew lotion .please help

for a baby you can use Cetaphil Dam lotion or Aveeno Dermexa ... there are well tolerated for baby skin as a moisturiser. But I would still advised to get the skin checked by dermatologist to make sure there is no other infection and inflammation or other skin disease present. Hope this is helpful.
