Dry skin near corner of lips

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have been noticing immense dryness in my left corner of my mouth, I have not consulted any doctor yet. I keep applying creams, it will stay fine for sometimes but again it will get try. Sometime there is difficulty in opening mouth and in eating. the skin around there is dry and itcy on touch and appears whiteish if I don't apply cream. Plz advice what should I do.
