I have a scaly combination of dry and oily skin. My skin is so scaly it looks shiny, it looks like fish scale. And also my hands have deep lines it is very rough and dry.

Start using a good moisturiser for your skin after bath Start taking bath with a syndet bar like dove soap rather than using actual soap It would be recommended to consult a good dermatologist for a proper clinical examination so that exact reason for dry skin scaly skin could be ascertained and treated better accordingly
