Dry Scalp and dry forehead, eyelids

Asked for Male, 47 Years

I am a male, 47 Years, I have inching on my scalp and dry skin is falling off from my scalp and also dry ness of skin near eye lids and forehead... i try to use hair cream as my hair is also very dry and fizzy. But no effect so far. I even have scally skin on my legs with dryness and i have using Vaseline on it but seems ok on the day i put it. Next day again it becomes dry. Other parts of the body it is normal. please advice. Thank You all for your help.
