Dry, rough hair,split end

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi, i have very rough and dry hair. Within week after hair cut i have split ends. I use conditioner, serum, do.oiling, still the issue remains. Please suggest something... i have short hair and do take haircut one in 2 months.
