Dry rashes in whole mouth

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Rashes in mouth including area of lips as well from last 10 months. Consulted several doctors in past months, some are saying its Oral Leukopania and some are saying Leukoplakia. I have taken Multivitamins for months, started Defcort tablet 30 mg last week. Doing betadine gargles, applying oraways gel but no improvement. One doctor is advising to go for Biopsy. please suggest what should i do..i m tired of it and it is increasing day by day.
