SCALP SKIN SEEMS TO BE VERY DRY AND COMING OUT IN TINY PIECES BUT IT IS MORE THAN DANDRUFF. TRIED KETONE SHAMPOO ON CHILD DOCTOR ADVICE BUT NO RESULT

May I know if the doctor you went to was a dermatologist? only a shampoo will not help your child. Your child seems to have cradle cap... type of seborrhoeic dermatitis. Steroid based anti fungal lotions and shampoos will help. These are Prescription medicines and should be advised only by a DERMATOLOGIST. At 1 years you should be extra cautious and take the child to a dermatologist personally. Do not 'try' anything. This condition is easily treatable. So visit a dermatologist.

Hello. You an use certain Ayurvedic medicines. Use Durdurapatradi Taila for scalp massage followed by any herbal shampoo wash on alternate days. Use Syp chandanasav 2ml and water 3ml 4 times a day.
