Dry patch on penis glans

Asked for Male, 28 Years

2days ago I was masturbating in speed. At the time of ejaculation I noticed 2 smal dots of bloof in glans skin and a small tear. Feeling mild discomfort after that. Now the cut is not there but I am noticing a patch on the glans and skin peeling. Find the photo attached.
