Dry patch on leg

Asked for Male, 40 Years

Hi doctor My wife, aged 35yrs who doesn't have bp nor diabetes and she is very active. But recently since her 2nd dose of covid vaccine in the month of October 2021 she has a dark dry patch on her lower leg which is itchy and it advanced to coin size now. So what could be reason, any medicine to apply for it? Please advice
